This role is open to current employees at the University of Leeds only.

Salary: Grade 7 (£37,099 - £44,263 p.a. depending on experience)

This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

You will be working alongside and supporting an impressive team of employee engagement and change management professionals to support a wide range of initiatives addressing important engagement challenges, improving employee experiences and people development opportunities.  

The People & Culture Directorate embodies the University’s commitment to enriching the employee experience through its investment in developing a community of engagement action owners, events and initiatives that support all staff communities, and creates a culture of listening and acting on employee feedback.

You will apply your planning, analytical and evaluative skills and experience to contribute to the success of engagement initiatives and pilots, through short and longer-term evaluation and impact publication.  You will provide guidance and support to University colleagues carrying out colleague research and insight through employee surveys to ensure they achieve maximum impact.
