The Campus Management Team at the University of Winchester are looking for a Co-ordinator to provide administrative support to the team in the Estates and Facilities Department. The role holder will organise and help prioritise tasks for the operational teams using the service desk call logging system. Administrative tasks include such duties as, collating a recording leave and payroll detail submissions, raising purchase orders and creating spreadsheets to help assist the management team as required. The role holder will assist with stock control, cleaning audits across the campus and ensuring planned tasks are carried out as required.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisation and administrative skills and be able to demonstrate they have worked in a customer focussed role ideally using a call logging system or similar.
Hours of work are 37 per week to be worked between 0830hrs – 1730hrs Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work is required to support the department for which time off in lieu will be given.
