About the Role

Nottingham Trent University is seeking a motivated and dynamic person to join our Community Liaison and Warden Service Team.

The successful applicant must possess excellent customer service and IT skills. You will be responsible for triaging case work within both teams, fielding general enquiries from students, members of the community and partner agencies such as Nottinghamshire Police and Nottingham City in relation to environmental waste management concerns. You will also be responsible for producing Student Code of Behaviour (SCoB) reports as well as working with internal departments, external contractors and suppliers.

The post holder will be responsible for caseload allocations, making referrals to support our students, working closely with partner agencies, compile monthly reports and providing day-to-day administration support to the Community Liaison Manager.  

This role can be demanding but also highly rewarding in supporting our students and the local community . The successful candidate will have the ability to prioritise their workload, so must have the ability to work with minimum supervision and act on their own initiative but also be able to work as part of a team. 

The position will be based within our city centre campus however there will be some flexibility to undertake hybrid working.
