About The Role
  
We’re seeking a Digital Intern who is passionate about creating high-quality digital experiences to engage students and staff at Falmouth University. Expanding on the success of our online degree portfolio, you’ll help manage and improve the accessibility of video content to create inclusive learning experience. You will also support continued improvements to our digital delivery, working closely with course teams and the Digital Learning Team to ensure modules are digitally enhanced. 
A key part of the role will involve editing transcripts and ensuring accuracy as part of the Digital Learning Team and a small team of Digital Interns. You’ll also be required to work with the wider Digital Learning Team on ensuring digital content and module resources follow best practice guidance and are digitally accessible.
About You
 
The successful candidates for this role will be a recent graduate from Falmouth University who needs to have excellent IT knowledge, as well as strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365 and Teams. You will have an eye for detail, be good at on-the-spot creative problem solving and have experience in editing content and digital materials. The individual should be enthusiastic and eager to contribute to enhancing the educational experience for students. 
 
We are looking to hear from candidates who have the following skills: 
 
  • Experience and confidence in using a wide variety of digital tools
  • Adaptability and teamwork skills
  • Able to prioritise work and be efficient at working to deadlines
  • Possess excellent communication skills

Although this role is principally remotely based, there will be a requirement for the role holder to occasionally work from our campus in Penryn.
