Post to be offered as 1FTE, part time or job share. 

We are looking for a Project Administrator to support the ERDF Digital Enterprise project (also known as SOLVD) led by the School of Engineering, Computing and Mathematical Sciences. The project’s remit is to engage with SMEs and conduct collaborative research and innovation projects in the field of digital technologies including AI/ML, immersive technologies, big data & analytics, 5G & wireless technologies, IoT & sensors, 3D printing & robotics and cyber security. The project team engages with research collaborations to bring the latest digital technologies to SMEs predominately in the advanced manufacturing and engineering sectors. 

We are seeking a Project Administrator, ideally with previous experience of ERDF projects and understanding of eligibility and compliance requirements of externally funded projects, to work closely with the project manager and the delivery team. The role includes, but not limited to,  checking timesheets against Intervention Reports, checking ERDF paperwork for compliance, seeking wet ink signatures, compiling and sending Client Reports, State Aid letters, setting up meetings, preparing agenda, drafting minutes, checking project documentation, filing, etc.
