We are seeking to appoint a Departmental Lecturer to teach undergraduate Medical and Biomedical Sciences students in the area of microbiology and immunology, and contribute to the academic administration of the Department.
You will initially work closely with academics who currently teach the practical classes and seminars for the Medical and Biomedical Sciences students in microbiology and immunology in the first year of this position. In the second year, you will assume responsibility for organising and delivering these classes.
You should have a relevant Ph.D/D.Phil with excellent post-qualification teaching experience including demonstrating in practical classes, delivering lectures and tutorials to undergraduate students.
This is a part time post at 0.2 FTE and is available as a fixed-term contract for 2 years.
