We are seeking a motivated and effective individual to join the busy team in LICA. You will work closely with other members of the professional services team to support all aspects of the day to day running of the department across all areas of business.

The role is varied and will include supporting the administration of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes as well as assisting the Departmental Officer and Head of Department with departmental-wide activity.

Crucially you will be the main point of contact for any student queries and will support departmental web and social media activity, so excellent attention to detail and the ability to learn new systems is a must.

We in LICA are looking to develop our practices and are looking for someone who is innovative, flexible and excited by the prospect of trying new methods to deliver the very best service to our students and staff. You will be well organised, able to use your own initiative and work without supervision but most importantly, be a team player.

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who wishes to work in a fast-moving environment, as we develop our School of Architecture, continue to develop and expand our existing degree portfolio across Architecture, Fine Art, Theatre, Film and Design and deliver innovative and far-reaching research.
