Overview

About the Role

The main purpose of the role is to provide the administration for the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) Programme delivered by the Institute of Health Education, within the Faculty of Medicine. You will be focusing on years 3 and 4 of the programme, supporting the programme delivery, working in partnership with Programme Leads, with a focus on high quality communication and support for our learners. You will be a key member of the MBBS team, working closely with the other Programme Administrators. The post reports to the MBBS Manager, Years 3 and 4.

About You

Previous experience in Higher Education will be advantageous. A proven record of organizational and communication skills is essential, together with a high level of analytical, numerical and IT skills. The ideal candidate will also have excellent organization and time-management skills. You will join a big team within the COU (Curriculum Operations Unit).  Whilst the ability to work independently and problem solving are essential, you will be required to work effectively with colleagues.
