The CRM Systems Officer is an important role, that, working alongside the CRM Manager, will play a key part in the ongoing development and management of student recruitment data and systems.  The role will focus on the continued support and enhancement of the university’s student recruitment CRM system (TargetX on Salesforce).  

You will take an active role in the analysis, implementation, configuration and support of all CRM operations, working closely with key stakeholders to achieve agreed objectives. This will include identifying, mapping, analysing and improving business processes related to student recruitment and conversion activities as well as implementing changes to the configuration of the CRM system based on this activity.    

You will have administrative experience in a relevant environment, work effectively both individually and as part of a team, have excellent IT skills, communication skills and experience of managing data and providing advice and information.  Attention to detail, confidence with systems and data, and the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritise with minimal supervision are essential elements of this role.
