About the role:

This is an exciting and varied role within the Worcester Business School which requires excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt and prioritise workload effectively. You will provide proactive administrative support to designated courses and processes within the school, working as part of a team and on own initiative. The role will also include the opportunity to take on and be involved in projects and tasks that support Worcester Business School activities. The post holder will focus on providing comprehensive administrative support to facilitate a first rate student experience across the courses and processes they will support.

The ideal candidate would be someone who thrives on planning ahead, who can build strong working relationships with colleagues and enjoys developing their wide range of skills, both technical and administrative. You will be a keen problem-solver with strong digital capabilities and will demonstrate a willingness to embrace positive change, promote consistency and share best practices on a cross-departmental level. 

This role will be full time based at our City Campus. After the initial three-month training period, hybrid working is a possibility (typically 1-2 days per week).
