 The University now seeks to appoint a Corporate Application Support Analyst.

Reporting to the Corporate Solutions Manager you will provide 2nd line technical support for university corporate applications. You will support and maintain integrations between systems and keep documentation up to date. You will also assist senior colleagues, vendors and key stakeholders to deliver projects and system improvements.

 To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • Experience of supporting corporate applications in a large, complex organisation.
  • Expertise in supporting workflows and integrations between systems.
  • A knowledge of database programming languages is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
