Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus is a flagship project for the University of Bristol – an exciting new campus in the heart of the city. The creation of the new campus will have a significant impact on staff and students, with over 1000 staff being directly impacted and the campus being home to over 4600 students.
We are looking for an experienced change professional to work with the Temple Quarter programme team to assess the impact of the programme on people across the University, ensuring that we prepare and equip colleagues to deliver and sustain the necessary changes brought about by this ambitious programme.
This innovative initiative will involve changes in culture and ways of working in addition to changes to the space in which people will work. It requires someone who can expertly assess the gap between where people are now and where we need them to be to realise the benefits of this new campus, identifying the barriers to change and delivering the solutions to overcome them.
You will be part of a central team of change management professionals, but your work will be embedded within the Temple Quarter Programme Team, with whom you will work very closely.
You have extensive knowledge of, and experience in applying change management methodologies and practices to strategic programmes or projects within a large, complex organisation.
You will be a confident communicator and able to build relationships and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
You will have an interest in how change impacts people and an ability to understand the complexity of this ambitious initiative.
You will be excited by the task of preparing people for change, overcoming barriers, problem solving and actively engaging people.
For informal queries about the role, please contact Julia Davies - [email protected]
Interviews are expected to take place on Tuesday 11th June.
This advert will close at23:59 GMTon Sunday 2nd June.
We recently launched our strategy to 2030 tying together our mission, vision and values.
The University of Bristol aims to be a place where everyone feels able to be themselves and do their best in an inclusive working environment where all colleagues can thrive and reach their full potential. We want to attract, develop, and retain individuals with different experiences, backgrounds and perspectives – particularly people of colour, LGBT+ and disabled people - because diversity of people and ideas remains integral to our excellence as a global civic institution.
