Are you a night owl? If so, this position could be for you. We are looking for someone to join our friendly team who will bring a positive can-do attitude. Someone who can offer flexibility and potentially cover a shift at short notice. No previous experience required as on the job training will be provided. Please be aware that from time-to-time heavy lifting may be required. If this this sounds like you, then don’t hesitate we look forward from hearing from you

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not subject to:

• Ensure that all students/guests are cared for in a professional and welcoming manner and receive an exceptional level of customer service
• Attend table service as required
• Prepare all food service stations for service, replenish all condiments and cutlery and ensure all seating areas are set up to the correct standard
• Ensure that all food service areas are maintained in a clean, tidy and hygienic condition, including floors, tables and service trolleys
• Ensure that conference/Banqueting events are set up in accordance with department standards
• Carry out any bar responsibilities
• Follow company’s procedure for cash handling, balance finances at the end of each shift
• Attend food service briefings for awareness of allergens and any other relevant information related to daily menus
• Follow all Food Handling and Hygiene guideline regulations at all times
• Carry out any other reasonable task as requested by a member of the management team.

Working hours are 23:00pm- 07:00am Shifts are available on as and when required basis as per business needs. With a maximum of 2 shifts per week. This will apply only to university students; other applicants will be able to work more hours.

Uniform and in-house training are provided
