Casual General Assistant - Halls

About The Role
Falmouth Exeter Plus are seeking to recruit Casual General Assistants: Halls to join our busy and focused Facilities and Residences team. Based at the Glasney Halls of Residence at the Penryn Campus, you will assist in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the accommodation during student residence and the summer conferencing period.
 
The successful applicants will ensure that cleaning tasks are completed within deadlines and to an expected standard in line with service and Health and Safety requirements. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team on a casual basis to cover leave, sickness and times where additional Assistants may be needed.
About You
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who can offer a flexible approach towards working hours, alongside a good level of general fitness.
 
We would like to hear from candidates who can offer the following:
 
• Excellent customer care skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
• Experience of basic administrative work

This post is offered on a casual hourly paid basis. The working hours will be based on the business needs and your university studies.
