The NTU Employabity Team believe in nurturing talent and providing meaningful opportunities for growth. As a Career Fairs and Events Assistant, you will be at the forefront of creating impactful experiences for students and employers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating career fairs, networking events, and workshops to connect students with potential employers. You will provide effective and proactive operational support to deliver administrative requirements, ensuring gold standard customer service to all stakeholders.

Exhibitor Coordination: Work closely with companies, exhibitors, and guest speakers to ensure a seamless experience during events.

Promotion and Marketing: Contribute to social media campaigns, and other marketing strategies to increase attendance at career-related events.

Data Management: Assist in collecting and analysing data related to event attendance, feedback, and success metrics.

Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to develop strategies that attract students and employers to participate in career-related events.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled on a sandwich degree or postgraduate course at NTU, looking for a 52-week placement in events.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for event planning
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
