As Career Coach and Employer Engagement Manager (Technology and eCommerce), you will support our students and foster strong relationships with employers in the Technology and eCommerce sectors. These sectors are recognised as strategic areas of growth, aligning with the School’s commitment to preparing students for successful careers in leading global organisations.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business development opportunities within the Technology and eCommerce sectors.
- Manage and develop employer relationships, including regular visits to firms in the UK and internationally.
- Organise and host networking events for employers, students and industry leaders.
- Develop and maintain one-to-one student relationships to identify career goals and gaps.
- Deliver career skill sessions through presentations, workshops, one-to-one coaching and online tools.
You must have extensive experience in career guidance, coaching and training, with a strong track record of designing and delivering effective career development activities to both groups and individuals, either within a Business School or employer context. Additionally, a solid understanding and interest in the Technology and eCommerce sectors are essential.
