About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Manager to join Facilities Management. 

This will be a varied, interesting and challenging role, which requires excellent leadership, self-management and organisational skills, flexibility, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and delegate tasks in order to meet deadlines to the required quality standards, along with a commitment to the delivery of an excellent student experience.

The Business Support Manager will provide administrative leadership within the FM department and will work closely with colleagues in FM and other areas to ensure all aspects of strategic business planning and policies and processes are adhered to. You will be responsible for the  management, delivery, and maintenance of high-quality administrative services to support the Senior Management Team and lead the Business Support Function.

A key focus of the role will be working closely with the FM Systems and Business Improvement Manager to provide strategic co-ordination and management of business planning and administrative functions relating to the department, along with providing a full executive support service to the Director of FM and SMT.
