We are seeking an innovative, enthusiastic, and highly organised individual with proven experience in managing business operations. This role will lead and manage a range of operations for the School of Architecture Building and Civil Engineering, including finances, action planning and workload modelling and will also support the institutional implementation of the workload model.
The postholder will be experienced in:
- providing reports and advice to assist management decision-making,
- applying financial regulations andco-ordinating financial administration processes
- data interrogation, analysis and presentation
- MS Excel including formulas, pivot tables and vlookup
