The Role 

With a growing portfolio of courses and global partnerships, the School is looking for academic or industry professional who can deliver a high-quality learning experience to our students and/or provide academic support for our partnership operations. In addition to our international partners, we also have students at several UK-based partner institutions that extend from the London Docklands through Central London to Oxford and northwards to Coventry and Nottingham.

Key elements of the role will be:

To hold lecture/seminar delivery in a wide range of subject areas within a variety of courses in business, strategy and international business, operations management, HRM, marketing, business analytics, sustainable business management, economics, and accounting and finance areas.

To hold lecture/seminar delivery for specific subject areas: Digital Marketing, Business Statistics, Programming/AI for Business students, Analytics, Big Data, Auditing, Management Accounting, Econometrics, Quantitative Methods, Strategy, International Business, Entrepreneurship, Project Management, and Sustainability.

To provide academic support for our partnership operations which will require international communications. Proficiency in a foreign language, such as Mandarin (Chinese), Spanish and Greek would be advantageous.

To hold lecture/seminar delivery in subjects in accounting and finance in China at one of our academic partners in mid/end April to May and in mid Nov to mid/late Dec in the academic year.

The Person

The successful candidate will be educated to postgraduate level, and/or have relevant professional bodies qualification, and/or possess substantial work experience in a relevant field; with a passion for supporting and developing students for career success and a positive, can-do attitude. The role requires a high-level of proficiency in IT and online systems, strong communication skills, excellent collaboration skills and a proven ability to work cohesively with others as a member of a team.
