About us

The UCL Global Business School for Health (GBSH) at UCL East campus is an innovative business school preparing future healthcare leaders to disrupt and reimagine global health systems. About the role

The postholder will play a critical role in overseeing the delivery of our Digital Health and Entrepreneurship taught MSc. programme. This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of our most popular programmes at the UCL Global Business School for Health. The programme focuses on developing skills, knowledge and competencies in digital health and entrepreneurship.

The postholder will teach modules related to digital health and entrepreneurship and will be responsible for the organisation and management of the programme and for the academic experience of the students on the programme.

The role holder will work closely with the Education Team and the Deputy Director Education.

About you

You will be required to have a PhD in computer science, digital therapeutics, digital health or a related health technology area to the programme or equivalent experience with extensive knowledge of digital health from an entrepreneurship perspective.

You will also have knowledge of key debates in digital health and use of technology in healthcare scholarship and potential to contribute positively to these debates, with experience teaching in higher education and experience leading positive culture change, or culture creation, within a discipline, department or organisation.

You will have excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills with the ability to communicate with communities targeted by this programme. You will also have the ability to work collaboratively, deliver research-led, effective, engaging and inclusive undergraduate and/or postgraduate teaching and supervise postgraduate research.
