The Role

The Associate Director, RTC Network leads the University of London’s RTC support and development function. This role works closely with leaders across the University of London, Federation Members and RTC leaders to drive the business development and outreach to achieve enrolment growth and programme expansion. This pivotal role focuses on using data to support decisions related to identifying new programme opportunities, coordinating University support across careers, development and other UoL requirements. 

The primary objective is to establish strong relationships with the RTC network, coordinating events and communication across the University of London and its Federation Members and collaborating on strategies to increase RTC enrolment and protect UoL’s role as market leader. The post holder will establish an account management approach to support ensure a single point of contact across all of the various conversations and support requirements. 

This role works closely with the Director of Online Education, Director of Business Development, Director of Strategic Communications, Marketing and Recruitment, Director of Student Support, Director of Student Operations, Business Intelligence and Planning functions, Development, as well as Governance and Partnerships.

The University currently operates a Hybrid Working framework involving a mix of working remotely and in the office. Typically, the majority of employees will be able to agree to work remotely for up to 60% of their working week, role dependent, however will be required to attend on specific days for training or team meetings.
