The University now seeks an Associate Director of Organisation Development to join the People, Culture and Wellbeing (PCW) team.

As key member of the PCW Leadership Team the postholder will be the strategic lead for creating and influencing organisation development culture, strategies and systems across the University. Responsible for the provision of high level, expert, proactive, system wide organisation development (OD) and design, learning and development strategy and engagement interventions, that enable a high performing, engaged workforce whilst driving cultural and behavioural change that delivers a diverse and inclusive culture.

The role is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of the University’s People Strategy; managing the resourcing of all activities and working with senior management and key stakeholder groups to develop and implement supporting programmes, and operational plans that deliver a measurable improvement in performance in the long term. The postholder will champion Being Westminster and the enabling People Strategy aligning all activities to embedding this strategy, driving cultural and behavioural change. The role is pivotal in ensuring long term sustainability and resilience of the workforce and driving forward the University’s ambition to be a sector leading diverse employer.

A skilled communicator, with exceptional people and management skills, the postholder will bring a track record of leading organisational learning and development / cultural change programmes. We are looking for a skilful, flexible, adaptable team player who is creative and resilient, as well as persuasive and empathetic. They will have substantial experience of strategy and policy development and using advocacy skills to bring about attitudinal change and driving transformation. Critically, they will align with and exemplify the University’s values.
