Saïd Business School's prestigious MBA programme is renowned for attracting a diverse cohort of global students and nurturing future leaders. We are seeking an Associate Director of MBA Programme Delivery to oversee the seamless delivery of this flagship programme. Reporting to the MBA Director, this senior leadership role will manage a team responsible for ensuring the exceptional student experience and successful programme delivery. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the MBA programme's strategic direction, fostering innovation and maintaining the School's commitment to excellence in business education.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of senior staff members to ensure effective programme management.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the MBA programme, from admissions to completion, ensuring excellence at every stage.
  • Manage programme budgets effectively and delegate authority as necessary.
  • Contribute to accreditation activities and programme evaluations to maintain quality standards.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to inform strategic decision-making.

You should possess extensive experience in managing in multi-stakeholder environments, working closely with postgraduate students, and demonstrating excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills across diverse cultures and senior-level audiences. Additionally, you should exhibit a deep understanding of the MBA market, along with proven competency in programme management and delivery, including successful coordination from inception to completion.
