As the Assistant Bar Manager, you will be essential to the driving force of the licensed trade, food offer, and events programme at EHSU. You will be encouraged to understand our customers to maximise sales and exceed targets and look for new innovative opportunities to excite our target market and grow contribution. With an eye for detail and high-street trends, you will ensure that our range is relevant and offers value for money. 

We are looking for someone with great personality to share their passion for the hospitality industry and deliver an exceptional and consistent customer experience. You will be curious to see what is new in the industry and how it can be integrated into EHSU. You will have a role in shaping our offer and we encourage collaboration and innovation within our team.

You are a dynamic and motivated individual passionate about the hospitality industry. With a good understanding of customer behaviour, you excel at exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced hospitality-focused environment. Your strong operational capability and commercial awareness allow you to identify and act on opportunities to engage our target market and drive improvements within our team. You stay updated on trends, ensuring our bar and events remain relevant and offer value for money with student-friendly prices. Your focus on being student-led helps create an environment that resonates with our student community. As a representative of the Union, you excel at building and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
