About the Job

The post holder will support the work of other professional services operations and the academic schools through effective interaction across teams to ensure the smooth management of a positive student experience.

Working within a team of administrators, the role involves providing a service to academic schools and academic partners in delivering their assessment boards, maintaining accurate results records, examinations support and the production and issue/publication of certificates and transcripts.

The post holder will provide support all our campuses: Docklands, Stratford, and USS.

About You

The successful applicant will have relevant experience and knowledge of student assessment administration, including all aspects of delivering assessment boards and experience of examination administration. You will thrive in a busy environment of assessment regulations, managing a challenging workload, and co-ordinating key activities. You will be confident in speaking to groups of people. Experience of using SITs (student database) would be an advantage.
