The Role

We are now recruiting for people to fill our two Academic Assistant and one reserve Academic Assistant roles for our Online Project Schools. Students will work on a project at home and be supported by tutors online, both synchronously and asynchronously, through the Open University’s VLE.

Academic Assistants should impart a sense of energy and enthusiasm to staff and students, provide administrative support to the director, and help to create an open and friendly environment where students and staff feel free to raise any problems or worries and to seek help from staff or other students.
