We are seeking to appoint a Senior Research Fellow (0.2FTE) to play an integral role in implementing the actions arising from the faculty research strategy, particularly within the context of arts and public engagement. The role requires working with researchers and key external partners within the context of the university’s civic mission and the well-being of future generations act in Wales.

The Senior Research Fellow will have an interest in interdisciplinarity, co-creation and place-based approaches to arts engagement research. You will apply technical and practical expertise to develop novel research methods, capture research outcomes, evidence innovative approaches to participatory engagement and evidence the impact of this work. Working with a broad range of partners to develop the subject area’s research capacity, elevating the REF outcome, the Senior Research Fellow will play a lead role in the development of our approach to arts engagement, and narratives around community visioning and cultural value to society.
