This is an exciting opportunity to join a strategically important team. Working in the central apprenticeships team, you will contribute to the effective reporting of skills bootcamp activities and support the onboarding and engagement of learners on these short courses. 

We are looking for a proactive and committed individual with an excellent attention to detail to join our busy and high performing team to support the skills bootcamp delivery team and ensure that learner progress is recorded and reported accurately in data sheets and the Individualised Learner Records (ILR). You will work closely with academic colleagues in the Cyber Security Innovation Research Centre (CSI), the Business Insights Team and be required to attend regular reporting meetings with West Midlands Combined Authority. 

Educated to A-level or equivalent, you will have experience of working with large volumes of data and knowledge of skills bootcamp and apprenticeship reporting requirements. You will be able to work in a busy environment and keep accurate records and will need to demonstrate a flexible and collaborative approach to working.
