We are looking for a Program Manager:in (m/w/d) MAS ETH in Management, Technology, and Economics immediately, or upon agreement. The Master of Advanced Studies ETH in Management, Technology, and Economics is one of the longest-​standing management education programmes for working professionals in Switzerland. Since 1980, more than 2,000 graduates  have drawn on the assets of ETH Zurich and its Department of Management, Technology and Economics to take on management and leadership roles in their future careers.

Job description

As Program Manager:in (m/w/d) you are responsible for the smooth and professional running of the continuing education program MAS ETH in Management, Technology, and Economics. You are the first point of contact for future and current students as well as alumni and external partners. You represent the program at various information events, as well as at internal, formal and informal events. In addition, you will be responsible for the correct accounting of the MAS budget and the corresponding financial reporting. You support the program management in recruiting highly qualified participants and are responsible for leading the MAS team (operations, student services, course scheduling etc.). As part of the department staff, you are in direct contact with the MAS program management and the School for Continuing Education of ETH Zürich.

Your profile

• You hold an MBA or comparable degree
• You have already demonstrated leadership and social skills in a dynamic environment, ideally with experience from an internationally oriented University and/or continuing education program
• You are used to presenting at major events and communicating appropriately with the various (internal and external) stakeholders
• You are characterized by resilience, initiative and a sense of responsibility and quality awareness
• Willingness to work flexible hours (e.g. 3-4 per year on weekends, organizing and accompanying a one-week study trip abroad once a year)
• Excellence knowledge of German and English (written and spoken)
• Experience in the organization of large events as well as basic knowledge in marketing (e.g. outreach, sales, merchandising) is an advantage
