Your mission :

We are in search of a junior project manager for the Innovation Booster Robotics program, aiming to contribute to program development and raise awareness of the Innosuisse program among a diverse range of stakeholders at a national level.


Main duties and responsibilities include :

Project management


  • Operational organization of yearly theme-based events such as ideation workshops (logistics, catering, stakeholder coordination, promotion…) and Swiss Robotics Day
  • Management of contact database of robotics stakeholders (industry, academia, third-party funders, media, other boosters, …)
  • Organization of call for proposals and review processes
  • Support the coordination of consultants and working groups
  • Preparation of documents and presentation material (slide deck, videos, infographics)
  • Liaison with institutional partners

Communication and public relations


  • Support the technical development and implementation of various online platforms and websites
  • Promotion of activities through booster-dedicated social media platforms (creation of content and curation)
  • Development of regular booster newsletters with input from community stakeholders and the program coordinator
  • Development of online and print promotional material (e.g., videos, flyers, brochures)
  • Administrative tasks and support to EPFL Robotics Community if needed

Your profile :
  • Master / Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Expertise and minimum 3-year experience in project management
  • Numerical and budgeting skills, experience in financial project management
  • Experience in communication
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Fluent (C2) in French and English (written and spoken) and a working level of German
  • Able to learn and take responsibility quickly and proactively
  • Outgoing and with strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Team player, open minded and committed
  • Capacity and readiness to undertake administrative tasks
  • Background in robotics desired
