Research assistant in child psychiatry research

We are looking for a research assistant to an exciting project that evaluates a parent-delivered program for children who has a risk of developing obsessive-compulsive disorder. You will be a part of Professor David Mataix-Cols research group at Centre for Psychiatry Research at Karolinska Institutet. You will get a unique possibility to work closely with experienced researchers within child- and adolescent psychiatry, to understand how the mental health for people with obsessive-compulsive and related disorders can be improved. Your mission

As a research assistant, you will mainly support researchers with data collection in the project and conduct follow-up assessments with participating families. You might handle and analyze quantitative and qualitative data under supervision, as well as assist researcher with other work tasks within the project.


Your profile

We are looking for a person who is careful, ambitious, and curious about research. It is mandatory that you have a background within psychology, previous experience of similar project, and proficiency in Swedish (both spoken and written). It is desirable if you have previous experience of assessing and treatment of obsessive-compulsive and related disorders and experience of data handling (both quantitative and qualitative data).
