THE BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF MÁLAGA NEEDS TO HIRE A PROFESSIONAL WITH THE FOLLOWING PROFILE: TECHNICIAN

Venue:  Legal affairs and contracting of clinical studies unit of Ibima Bionand Platform.

Functions to be developed :

The Legal Affairs and Clinical Studies Contracting Unit requires the hiring of a technician profile to carry out the unit's tasks, which include, but are not limited to:

– Study of the legal form for the correct formalization of the different collaboration and contractual initiatives that are generated within the framework of the entity's activity.

– Review, negotiation of clauses and formalization of contracts and collaboration agreements in the field of biomedical research in both English and Spanish. Without restriction, within the scope of action of the entity, it will manage:

• Contracts within the framework of Law 49/2002, of December 23, on the tax regime of non-profit entities and tax incentives for patronage.
• Collaboration agreements within the framework of Law 14/2011, of June 1, on Science, Technology and Innovation.
• Private contracts for scientific-technical professional services.
• General action protocols and institutional agreements.
• National and international consortium agreements.
• Confidentiality agreements.
• Data and biological material transfer agreements.
• Contracts for carrying out all types of clinical studies in health centers within the entity's scope of action.
• Actions to be implemented in the institution regarding the protection of personal data in coordination with the entity's data protection delegate.
• Document management derived from the previous functions.

– Preparation of documentation and management of procedures related to the governing body of the entity and the Registry/Protectorate of Foundations of Andalusia.

Minimum requirements:

– Bachelor's degree or degree in Law or double degrees in which one of them is Law. The qualification must be issued by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports of Spain, or accredit the relevant validation or approval issued by said Ministry, in accordance with the applicable legal framework.

– Professional experience of at least 6 months creditable in legal advice for companies or experience in public law or in work related directly or indirectly to the position in public or private entities.

Valuable Requirements:

a) Creditable professional experience that exceeds the minimum established in the previous section: 3 points.

– For each full month of additional experience: 0.05 points.

b) Titles and other creditable training related to the position, above the minimum required: 4 points.

– Official postgraduate degree related to the work of the position or legal advice: 1 point.

– Accredited level of English (or demonstrable equivalent):

• Level C: 1 points.
• Level B2: 0.5 points.
• Level B1: 0.25 points.

– Training related to job duties, legal advice and/or contract management:

• Training equal to or greater than 300 hours: 2 points.
• Training between 150 and 300 hours: 1 point.
• Training less than 150 hours: 0.5 points.

The aforementioned requirements must be accredited by means of a certificate issued by the competent body.

Selection process :

• Based on the points obtained in the merit assessment, at least the three best candidates will be selected to carry out a personal interview in which the following job skills will be assessed with a maximum of 3 points :

Only those candidates who obtain at least 50% of the evaluable merit points will be eligible for the interview phase.

• After the resolution of the position and in the event that the selected candidate resigns from the contract, the hiring table may decide to resolve in favor of the next candidate according to the list of scores.
