Job title: PILLAR-robots Purposeful Intrinsically-motivated Lifelong Learning Autonomous Robots

Research line / Scientific-technical services: Robotics and cognition

TASKS TO BE PERFORMED:

Support for coordination and management of the PILLAR-ROBOTS project.

− Supporting the coordination and management of the project, including communication with partners and monitoring the technical execution of the project.

− Managing documentation and data associated with the call.

− Assisting in the preparation of scientific-technical reports, such as deliverables and progress reports.

− Monitoring the technical, financial, and administrative execution of the project, including preparing technical and financial reports according to the guidelines of the funding entity.

− Controlling and archiving project research documentation.

− Assisting in organizing project events.

− Supporting in monitoring expenditure execution.

− Processing budgets for purchases. − Managing communications with the funding entity.

− Planning, organizing, and actively participating in internal and external project meetings.

− Supporting internal administrative management of expenses resulting from project execution
