Criteria to be assessed:
a) Training and knowledge applicable to the post offered (0-20 points)
- Software engineering education (0 to 10 points)
- Training in classification techniques on hybrid data using deep learning techniques (0 to 10 points)
b) Professional experience: Aimed at determining the level at which the candidate, throughout his/her professional career, has carried out the tasks related to those required for the post offered (0 to 40 points):
- Experience in development, implementation, and use of artificial intelligence applications (0 to 20 points)
- Data science experience (0 to 10 points)
- Experience in machine learning from unstructured data (0 to 10 points)
c) Training and skills for the job (0 to 25 points):
- Computer literacy (0 to 15 points)
- B1 level of English reading, speaking, and writing (0 to 10 points)
d) Personal skills. Interview (0 to 15 points):
- Autonomy and capacity for planning and organization
- Troubleshooting
- Responsibility and ability to make commitments
- Teamwork.
The selection process will be carried out according to the following elimination phases:
Stage 1: Fulfilment of the requirements and assessment of the criteria to be assessed
For those applications received within the deadline, the Selection Committee will proceed to verify the requirements demanded and for the evaluation of the criteria to be assessed: assessment of training, experience, and training/skills, it will establish a score that will be reflected in the selection report.
The merits mentioned must be duly accredited.
Candidates who obtain a score of more than 45 points will be admitted to the next stage.
Stage 2: Interview
For the assessment of personal competencies as an element of evaluation of the candidate's contribution and motivation to the project, his/her reasoning capacity and his/her capacity for presentation and problem solving, a personal interview will be carried out and will be assessed by the Selection Committee with a maximum of 15 points.
In any case, a minimum score of 55 points must be obtained in all the above stages to be eligible for the post advertised.
