Job position

Postdoc researcher

Job position requirements (skills/languages/required experience)

Ph.D. in Electronics or Physics (or equivalent).  Background and research in the field of nanoelectronic devices, specially in the area of emerging devices such as TFTs and devices based on Graphene and 2D materials, for nanoelectronic applications: design, characterization and modeling.

Experience in the use on scanning probe microscopy techniques, such as CAFM and KPFM, and their application to the characterization of electron devices.

PhD in Physics, electronic or materials engineering or related degrees 20; Other degrees. 10

Languages: 10

Curriculum adaptation: 50

Experience in the characterization, simulation and modeling of emerging devices 20; Experience in the design of micro-nanoelectronic structures/devices 10; Experience in the characterization with AFM and related techniques of materials and micro-nanoelectronic devices 10; Experience of the previous activities applied to TFTs and 2D materials 10

Postdoctoral job experience: 20
