To support IACS tema in the implementation of "HERVCOV- SARS-CoV-2-induced activation of pathogenic endogenous retrovirus envelope HERV-W: towards personalized treatment of COVID-19 patients" project, namely one of its deliverables "Definition of an optimised/innovative panel or combination of biomarkers".

Benefits

Working experience in data organisation, data management (use of specific software for data management (R, Python, SQL, RedCap,...).

Work experience in Immunology, especially innate immunology, laboratory experience with immune markers in peripheral blood; understanding/experience with cytokines related to immune dysregulation in inflammatory diseases, viral infections or endothelial damage.

Experience with eukaryotic transcriptomics and genomics, bioinformatics analysis;

Working experience in eukaryotic cell or tissue culture, transfection and/or cytometry.


Eligibility criteria

Hold a university degree in biology, biotechnology or biomedicine.

Master's degree in the area of Biomedicine (Clinical Analysis, Immunology, Endothelial Damage, omics (except proteomics) or Data Management).

PhD in the area of Biomedicine (Clinical Analysis, Immunology, Endothelial Damage, genomics/transcriptomics of eukaryotes).
