Manipulación genética, diseño y construcción de circuitos genéticos sintéticos y redes metabólicas en bacterias. Crecimiento de bacterias y caracterización. Análisis de resultados, redacción de artículos científicos y asistencia a congresos.

Genetic manipulation, design and construction of synthetic genetic circuits and metabolic networks in bacteria. Bacterial growth and characterisation. Analysis of results, writing scientific articles and attending conferences.

Skills/Qualifications

Experiencia en diseño y construcción de circuitos genéticos sintéticos. Experiencia con los organismos E. coli y P. putida. Experiencia publicando resultados.

Experience in the design and construction of synthetic genetic circuits. Experience with E. coli and P. putida organisms. Experience in publishing results.


Specific Requirements

Se valorará positivamente experiencia en ingeniería metabólica y en ambientes de trabajo interdisciplinares

Experience in metabolic engineering and working within interdisciplinary teams will be an asset.
