Fabricación y caracterización de nanoespaciadores, e integración de los mismos en estructuras semiconductoras de 1 cm2 para desarrollar convertidores térmicos de campo cercano.

 

Fabrication and characterization of nanospacers, induding their integration in semiconductor areas of 1 cm2 to develop near-field thermal converters.

La persona candidata debe tener grado de doctor en nano electrónica y nanotecnología Se valorará la experiencia en:

  • Sala limpia.
  • Fabricación y caracterización de películas delgada para aplicaciones fotovoltaicas.
  • Procesos térmicos.

Candidate must have a Doctoral Degree in nano electronics and nanotechnologies Experience will be valued in:

  • Clean room.
  • Fabrication and characterization of thin flims for photovoltaic applications.
  • Thermal processes.
