Job Description

The duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support to the EMBA-English segments, such as venue booking, classroom setup, catering service sourcing and engagement, etc.
  • Assist with finance and procurement matters to support team operations, such as student billing, collection of administrative fees, refund, invoice processing, etc.
  • Support the team on data collection and tabulation of survey results, as well as update of information on the student portal on SharePoint, etc.
  • Assist in course registration matters and seat allocation for electives and short-term programmes
  • Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications
  • At least a bachelor’s degree from a recognized University, or local graduates from local JCs
  • Ability to work independently, proactively in a cross-cultural environment and to multi-task efficiently
  • Strong communication skills (presentation, written, oral and interpersonal) and project management skills
  • Detailed orientated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to adopt flexible work hours
  • People and service orientated
  • IT Savvy. Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Flow, Power Automate, Sharepoint, MS Forms, etc.) and online meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc).
  • Able to travel as there may be a need to support overseas segment
