We are looking to hire an experienced scientist to develop and conduct a high throughput assay for identifying novel skincare ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a comprehensive, critical review of relevant literature and available assays
Recommend and implement a pathway for assay development, including validation and QC
Select compound libraries
Conduct one or more high throughput assays, analyse and evaluate outcomes
Provide regular communication with the industry partner and other stakeholders
Key Competencies:
Minimum of PhD and 10 years post-doctoral experience in skin biology or closely related field
Experience with high-througput assays, automated imaging solutions and compound library selection
Having worked with industry partners in the past
Able to work in a highly structured project environment
Able to function independently
