The candidate supports the industry to improve their work processes, systems and human capital management. The candidate should have a strong interest in transferring new skills to companies with a view to implement workplace learning solutions and achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and conduct training programmes for companies
  • Facilitate projects within the companies
  • Manage and maintain existing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the Business Development Team to acquire new training assignments and projects in the industry

Job Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience. 
  • Experience in process improvement, course development and classroom training.
  • Adept at forming connections between business needs and learning interventions.
  • Highly adaptable to different environments and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be prepared to pick up new skills to deliver the University’s Continuing Education and Training programmes.
  • Must be competent to train and coach companies in most of the following areas:
    • LEAN
    • Six Sigma
    • Coaching and Mentoring
    • Train the Trainer
    • Project Management
