Senior Executive, Digital Media

Learning Technologies and Digital Media (LTDM) serves the NTU community by providing end-to-end solutions for teaching and learning, as well as digital media production support.

You will be part of the Creative Services team providing technical and creative support for video, audio, and live events production services.

The role would require past proven experience in executing video productions and the ability to navigate the complexities of working in a diverse and complex event set up to deliver an excellent user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, setup, operate and tear down equipment for live event production and videography services, such as video cameras, lighting, on-location multichannel sound monitoring & audio recording using lavalier, boom mic, and sound mixer.

  • Responsible for the safety, maintenance and inventory control of production equipment and system.

  • Display an understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production videography and audio production workflow, including the ability to perform basic video editing, cleaning up and finishing of audio recordings and audio in videos.

  • Technical support for all aspects of video and event production and troubleshoot issues when required.

Requirements

  • Degree in multimedia related field, preferably with two years of hands-on experience in live event production, studio production, broadcast video production, or any relevant production fields.

  • Good knowledge in workflows and techniques for live event production, studio production, broadcast video production, or any relevant production fields.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Avid Pro Tools.

  • Ability to serve as tech support for streaming platforms and troubleshoot issues when required.

  • Functional photography knowledge with the ability to edit and/or retouch photos is a bonus.

  • Passionate about the digital media industry.

  • Resourceful with a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Able to work independently within a team setting.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to work across different teams.

  • Positive self-starter who is organised, detail-orientated, able to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Must be flexible to work on some weekends and evenings when required.
