Job Description

NUS Centre for Future-ready Graduates (CFG) adopts a multipronged, student-centric approach to help them make sense of their strengths, refine their skills and demonstrate their value to employers. Beginning with the end in mind, CFG has developed a four-year roadmap to help enhance the employability of our graduates through a repertoire of skills programmes and industry focused experiential opportunities. This bolsters students’ assurance to grow deeper, discover their passion and explore multiple pathways.
 
Serving the entire spectrum of students from undergraduates to post-graduates, CFG offers more than 15 unit-bearing courses in collaboration with academic and industry partners. We continuously innovate and enhance the quality of our offerings, as our students deserve the best tools, preparedness, and mindset to not just launch a good career, but be equipped with life skills that can help them navigate a future that is unpredictable.


Role & Responsibilities:
•    Design and deliver courses and programmes that train students and recent alumni in core workplace traits and life skills 
•    Manage courses’ and programmes’ deliverables, such as publicity, enrolment and grading 
•    Curate and maintain a digital content repository of bite-sized information on career readiness and life skills. This involves co-ordinating the contributions from external content providers, and internal CFG contributors
•    Review courses and programmes by conducting industry research and analysing students’ and alumni’s learning outcomes, to identify skill gaps and future learning needs 
•    Other projects and duties as assigned, according to the needs of the University and CFG
 


Qualifications

•    Bachelor's Degree, with 2-5 years of working experience, preferably in Training and Adult Education. Professional certification in ACLP/ACTA/DACE, PGCE or other adult-learning certification will be an added advantage
•    Proven track record of excellent workshop/classroom delivery skills 
•    Experience in instructional design (both virtual and onsite) in adult/tertiary education and the Learning Management System (LMS) is preferred. Familiarity with tech tools (such as Articulate 360, Powtoon, Vimeo, Adobe creative suite) to create interactive multimedia would be a plus
•    Resilient and adaptable with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with partners and colleagues to manage change and achieve goals
•    IT savvy, proficient in computer software (e.g. Excel Pivot Table) for research and analysis purposes. 
•    Occasional evening and weekend work may be required
