Job Description
The successful candidate will work with A/P Chin Wee Shong (Chemistry Department) under a project titled An exploration of plasmonic-enhanced interactions for applications.
The main responsibilities of the position include
(i) perform synthesis and characterization work as planned in the project,
(ii) ensure the safe execution and proper housekeeping of work in the lab,
(iii) assist the PI in the mentorship of junior students to perform essential characterization studies,
(iv) other ad hoc duties as instructed by the PI.
Qualifications
• Qualifications / Discipline:
Chemistry, at least with an Honours degree.
• Skills:
Basic skills for working in a chemistry laboratory
• Experience:
Some prior experience in experimental research will be preferred
