The School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering (MAE) invites applications for the position of Project Officer. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Establishment of experimental test-rig

  • Undertake investigations of flutter through experimental methods (Wind tunnel /UAV)

  • Innovate and seek technologies for potential applications

  • Publish quality research articles to disseminate study findings

  • Undertake project administrations and liaison

  • Provide regular updates and reports

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a recognized BEng degree in Mechanical/Environmental/Civil Engineering or Chemistry/Physics/Materials or related disciplines.

  • Good theoretical and numerical skillsets

  • Experience in UAV building and flying

  • Good track record in scientific publication

  • Good interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent teamwork awareness

  • Strong responsibility for research / work
