Job Purpose

The Assistant Senior Manager is a key staff of IREUS as he/she leads the administrative aspect to assist the institute in achieving their vision and mission.


Duties & Responsibilities
  • Secretarial support for IREUS, Management Board, Director & Co-Director.
  • Working closely with business partners in the areas of human resource and finance.
  • Event management from pre- to post-events planning, logistics and on-site execution.
  • General office management to ensure smooth operations of day-to-day activities.
  • Delivery of key reporting for the institute and stakeholders.
  • Fire warden role for the institute.
  • Any other roles assigned by the Director as and when deem necessary.

Requirements
  • A good University Degree, with minimum 5 years of working experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Good organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Able to work effectively as a team member, as well as independently.
  • Responsible and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office applications.
