Associate / Senior Officer, Office of Student Administration (Contract till 31 March 2026)
About the Role
The primary mission of the Office of Student Administration (OSA) is to facilitate the academic experience of students enrolled in the University. This broad mission encompasses a multitude of functions contributing to the administration of all graduate and undergraduate education, from student registration through continuation to graduation.
The incumbent will be part of a team that contributes to the smooth administration of all student matters. This includes student registration, examination matters, student scholarships, financial aid, award of degrees and academic excellence. He / She will also assist in maintaining student records, issuing of academic transcripts, as well as overseeing student exchange administration and student-related events.
Some of the Key Responsibilities Include
- Coordination for the IMDA ELITe and iPREP Programmes, including nomination of students, process student course/overseas internships approvals and claims, handle student queries and other matters related to the programme
- Provide assistance in matters relating to student travel insurance and overseas travel related matters (e.g. ISOS)
- Provide assistance in exam results checking for undergraduate subjects
- Assist in updating student MyPortal with announcements and information
- Manage students' leave of absence applications
- Administer Tuition grant-related processes, including co-ordinating with MOE for signing and slides, conducting briefings, and answering queries
Job Requirements

- Independent, resourceful and able to work well under pressure
- Good team player with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Relevant work experience in educational environment preferred
