“Petru Poni” Institute of Macromolecular Chemistry (Institutul de Chimie Macromoleculară „Petru Poni”, ICMPP), Aleea Gr. Ghica Vodă 41A, 700487 Iași, announces a competition for a position of scientific researcher - postdoctoral member in the project„Polysaccharide based (bio)hybrid nanostructures” acronym HYBSAC, run through National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component 9 “Support for the private sector, research, development and innovation”, Investment 8. "Development of a program to attract highly specialized human resources from abroad in research, development and innovation activities", call PNRR/2022/C9/MCID/I8, financed by the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism, financing contract no. 760082/23.05.2023, signed between ICMPP and the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digitalization, as Coordinator of reforms and/or investments.

Skills/Qualifications
  • The candidate must have knowledge of specific synthesis methods for composite materials, hybrids and biomaterials;
  • The candidate must have skills in the characterization of materials by specific methods: microscopic methods (SEM, STEM, TEM), elemental analysis (EDX), FTIR spectroscopy;
  • The candidate possess practical knowledge of computer operation (Word, Excel, Power Point). Knowledge of ChemDraw, Origin, ImageJ programs is an advantage.
