The University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Iuliu Hațieganu" Cluj Napoca is organizing a competition for the nomination within the project PN-III-P1-1.1-TE-2021-0939 with the title "Development of a gene therapy vector by modifying bacteriophage M13 for targeting cancer cells", contract no. TE 66/2022

Postdoctoral researcher: 1 position

Skills/Qualifications

• • has Romanian citizenship or other EU member states or states belonging to the European Economic Area;
  • knows the Romanian language, written and spoken;
  • have a thorough knowledge of written and spoken English language;
  • has a state of health corresponding to the position for which she/he is applying;
  • meets education requirements and, depending on the case, or other job-specific requirements;
  • he has not been convicted of any crime.

Specific Requirements

• holds the title of PhD in Biology or Chemistry;
• experience as a postdoctoral researcher or experienced researcher certified by participation in at least 5 research projects in the field of oncology research;
• a minimum of 20 ISI-listed publications as first author and co-author;
• at least 5 years of experience in cell culture techniques, as certified by full-time employment in a research institution that holds such facilities.
