Acting on the basis of the Act of Higher Education  of 20th July 2018 (Journal of Law of 2018 pos. 1668) and the MUL Statutes, Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences of the Medical University of Lodz announces a job vacancy in the position of:

Research and Research - Didactic Adjunct (1 position)

Name of department: Department of Molecular Neurochemistry, the Chair of Medical Biochemistry, Medical University of Lodz

Skills/Qualifications

PhD in Biochemistry;

knowledge of at least one modern language – English B1/B2;

experience in managing of the research projects obtained from external sources;

scientific experience gained in a foreign institution;

 computer skills: Microsoft Office, Adobe, CorelDraw, GraphPad Prism.

conducting research in the field of biochemistry, molecular biology and neurochemistry;

conducting classes with students as part of courses implemented in the unit;

active participation in the education of scientific staff (scientific supervision of master’s students, doctoral students, trainees);

applying for research projects and managing research projects financed from internal and external sources;

preparation of manuscripts for publication;

implementation of new research methods in response to the current needs of the unit.

career results: applicant's mobility, obtained grants, research, innovative actions openness to entrepreneurship and the practical aspect of research;

copy of a Higher Education diploma;

certificate of proficiency in a foreign language, with an indication of the level and period of validity of the certificate;

certificates of a clean criminal record;

statement that if his/her application is accepted, the Medical University of Lodz will be his/her primary place of employment, according to the Act;

declaration of basic training, obtained in a teaching methodology course.
